Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the accounting department
Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations , including bank statements, fixed assets, employers' benefit costs, accruals and prepaid expenses
Monitor the department's work process to develop a more efficient procedures while Maintaining a high level of accuracy and complying with internal control guidelines.
Ensure proper preparation of financial reports such as financial statement, budget performance, and interim grant financial reporting.
